Welcome to The Church Hall. We have sensitively restored and extended this space to create a three-bedroom contemporary retreat set on the edge of the historic Helmingham Estate, beside St Mary’s Church and just outside the village of Otley

We had a really lovely weekend. The house has everything you need and more to feel comfortable - a home away from home. It was the perfect base for visiting family in Ipswich. We would happily come again for more of an explore.

The Church Hall has been beautifully and creatively renovated and is right on the doorstep of Helmingham Hall which is great for exploring with kids. It’s fantastically equipped for a family of 4 for short or longer stays.
The open plan kitchen and dining room worked brilliantly for socialising whilst being separate from the bedrooms which was great for us with teenagers.
Claire was incredibly helpful and easy to contact.
